Welcome to Fab3. These Terms and Conditions Terms govern your use of Fab3, a software platform developed to help you track and manage tasks related to Web3 airdrop eligibility. You may not misuse the service in any way, including using it for illegal activity, submitting false data, impersonating others, or engaging in any action that could harm the platform or its users.

All content, branding, visual design, and underlying software associated with Fab3 are owned by us. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or sell any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Fab3 offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to any paid tier, you agree to the pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms as outlined during signup. You may cancel at any time, but we do not offer refunds for unused time within a billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to active users.

Fab3 is provided (as is) and (as available,) without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accurate task completion tracking. Because Web3 is inherently experimental and rapidly evolving, outcomes such as missed airdrops, or incorrect tracking, are possible and should be expected. Your use of Fab3 is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fab3 and its creators are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed financial opportunity caused by your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of rewards, missed eligibility, reliance on platform features, or actions taken based on Fab3's interface or output.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Fab3 at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms or acted in a way that harms the service or its community. Any changes to these Terms will be published on this page with a new “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
